Grayling City Hall has received many phone calls and inquiries from Residents about NOT receiving their Absentee Ballots in the mail after mailing their completed application for the August Election.

The State of Michigan mailed Applications for Absent Voter Ballot Applications to all registered voters prior to the August election in attempts to help Residents to stay safe while voting during the pandemic.  What the City has come to realize is that the 'return to Grayling City Hall' address on the envelopes enclosed was City Hall's physical address (1020 City Boulevard) and NOT the mailing address (PO Box 549), which resulted in the application being returned to the sender as undeliverable.

If a Grayling City Residents wishing to receive an Absentee Voter ballot mailed to them are urged to contact Grayling City Hall to request a new Application for an Absent Voter Ballot be sent to them, for the November Election as soon as possible.  Residents are also welcome to stop into City Hall to fill out the Application during office hours Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm (Closed 12-12:30 for lunch).
