Election Information

Grayling City Hall has received many phone calls and inquiries from Residents about not receiving their AV ballots in the mail after mailing their completed application.  The State of Michigan mailed AV applications to all registered voters prior to the August election in attempts to help Residents to stay safe while voting during the pandemic.  What the City has come to realize is that the 'return to Grayling City Hall' address on the envelopes enclosed was City Hall's physical address (1020 City Boulevard) and NOT the mailing address (PO Box 549), which resulted in the application being returned to the sender as undeliverable.

Grayling City Residents wishing to receive an AV ballot mailed to them are urged to contact Grayling City Hall to request a new Absentee Voter application for the November Election as soon as possible.  Residents are also welcome to stop into City Hall to fill out the application during office hours Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm (Closed 12-12:30 for lunch).

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

you may complete an absentee voter (av) application online as well as track your ballot once it's mailed to make sure it was received and when
