City Managers Responsibilities:

The City Manager shall be the chief administrative officer of the City. He shall be responsible to the council and mayor for the administration of all city affairs.

He shall be responsible for the efficient administration of all departments of the city, control and supervise the department heads and see that all discharge their official duties.

He shall see that all laws, provisions of the City Charter and acts of the council are faithfully executed.

City Manager is to provide complete and objective information, pros and cons to City Council on items brought to council.

The City Manager makes policy recommendations to the council.
