City Hall Meetings & Chamber Room Calendar
This calendar lists official City of Grayling events such as meetings. Meeting details can be found on our Meetings page. Please use our Facilities Request form to reserve the room for your event. As of January 1, 2020 the City is requiring that a waiver be filled out when reserving the City Council Chambers. Please click on the highlighted word to access the form, fill out and submit the form to the City of Grayling when requesting to the use the facility.
City Hall Council Chambers located at City Hall is equipped with (2) 55' tv's available for use via WePresent using a laptop (not provided). USB flash drives and/or cables are not allowed to be used with the tv's for security purposes. Maximum capacity of 65. Council Chamber reservations must be during City Hall business hours of Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm. Waiver forms and Rules are available at the City Hall front desk.
