Part Time Receptionist
City of Grayling is accepting applications for a Part time Receptionist 25-30 hours per week.
High School Diploma is required.
The City is looking for someone dependable, with exceptional phone and customer service skills, experience with Microsoft Office and Excel preferred and is able to multitask. The job includes answering phones, basic accounting skills, entering receipts, daily deposit, processing mail and posting payments to accounts, creating worksheets, documents and various other office duties as assigned by the City Clerk/Treasurer or City Manager.
This is an entry level position in which we will train applicant. The City is looking for someone to be a long-term employee with the possibility of full-time employment.
Starting wage range is $10 to $12 per hour depending on qualifications. Selected Applicant must complete a thorough background check.
