Past Due Notices have been mailed and payments are due by the close of business  on Monday, March 17, 2025 to avoid being shut off. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Your  the  Past Due Notice  does not include the trash portion on your bill.  Make sure to include the $42 when making your payment (residential properties).

Payments can be made:

In person: Grayling City Hall, 1020 City Blvd in Grayling during office hours.  There is a drop slot (on the left of the front doors) for after hour payments.  

By mail: PO Box 549, Grayling,  MI 49738,

or   Online: Utility Billing payments.  You must have your BS&A account pin to access your account.  The pin # can be found on your quarterly utility bill, or by calling City Hall @ 989-348-2131, ext. 101.
