Public Hearing Notice - City of Grayling - Zoning Ordinance Amendments

Planning Commission Meeting:  October 20, 2020 @ 6:00pm

 The City of Grayling Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to recommend adoption of Ordinance 4 of 2020 - amendments to the Zoning Ordinance.  The public hearing will be held at the Grayling City Offices at 1020 City Boulevard, Grayling Michigan.  A summary of the amendments are as follows:

 Ordinance 4 of 2020:  Amend Section 3.6.1 (Accessory Buildings/Structures and Uses) to add verbiage clarifying structure, building and principal; add shipping containers as a structure that is not allowed adding a section pertaining to carports; adding a section pertaining to electric vehicle charging stations; adding a section pertaining to administrative deviations.
