If you are interested in knowing when Grayling City meetings are happening, visit the City/Chamber Room Calendar.   As of January 1, 2020 the City is requiring a damage waiver to be filled out prior to reserving the City Council Chambers.  Waiver Forms are kept on file through the end of the Calendar year.  New forms must be signed annually.  Forms are not transferrable from one Organization to another.  Please click on the waiver form to complete and submit with your reservation request. *Non-public meetings will only show as 'Reserved'.

If you are interested in using other City facilities such as the Nature Center & Pavilion Calendar, please refer to the calendar for availability before submitting your request.
